Before stimulating your taste sense, you could enjoy the refined decoration of the lovely home. The dining rooms are partitionned by authentic beams and so you could eat in an intimate spot. 

Outside you will be totally immersed in nature... ... but overhanging Melda river.

Within a peaceful and well-decorated room, you could savour the chef's specialities   Duck "foie gras" whith spices and fruit's chutney Pig trotter in a cake of potatoes with truffle vinegar Thick slice of angler whith black olives, celery's raviole Pigeon from Onjon, cooks in leaf of fig, sweet spices sauce Raspberries and tonka like a vacherin, small cakes You could choose your drink among an exceptional wine list with many Chablis and Champagne.

Our different rooms can be converted for family dinners or lunchs, seminars, or receptions. You have at your disposal : A dining room for 10 persons A large dining room for 26 persons (possibly with a reception room) A little dining room for 4 persons with a view of Melda river. In order to guarantee meals of good quality, we can't served more than 50 persons.
